B&B Pancakes

This blueberry and banana pancakes are my new favorite! They are healthy because there is no REFINED sugar added and has 2 types of fruits!

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

2 bananas

2 eggs

2 tsp Chia seeds

1 tsp maple syrup

1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup blueberries

Steps:

  1. In a food processor add the oats and blend until you get a flour-like consistency
  2. In a bowl smash the bananas until smooth
  3. Add the eggs and whisk until combined
  4. Add Chia seeds and maple syrup
  5. Add oats and blueberries and mix until combined
  6. In a pan add about 1 tsp of coconut oil
  7. Then add about 1/4 cup of the batter, then flip until golden brown
  8. Serve it! I personally love it with yoghurt, maple syrup and strawberries
