B&B Pancakes
This blueberry and banana pancakes are my new favorite! They are healthy because there is no REFINED sugar added and has 2 types of fruits!
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
2 bananas
2 eggs
2 tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup blueberries
Steps:
- In a food processor add the oats and blend until you get a flour-like consistency
- In a bowl smash the bananas until smooth
- Add the eggs and whisk until combined
- Add Chia seeds and maple syrup
- Add oats and blueberries and mix until combined
- In a pan add about 1 tsp of coconut oil
- Then add about 1/4 cup of the batter, then flip until golden brown
- Serve it! I personally love it with yoghurt, maple syrup and strawberries
