10 things you should TRY to do every day

  1. Drink Water and lots of it

When you drink water you will be less hungry and that will help you loose weight. It also get moving your metabolism which also helps with weight loss.

2.Do your bed

Doing your bed will make you feel accomplished so, that will help you to be productive the rest of the day and your room will look more organized

3.Clean your room

When your room is clean your mind will be clear and you will just feel better

4.Get moving

It doesn’t mean to burn 1,000 calories I mean just get your heart racing, whether it is doing squats while watching TV or going for a 10 min jog.

5.Eat healthy

We all know that eating healthy will improve your health so let’s just try to do that (if you want ideas you can check out my recipes!)

6.Get ready for your Day

When you get ready for your day you will be more motivated to get things done

7.Waking up early

When you wake up early you are able to relax and if you have a relaxed morning you will be able to have a relaxed DAY!

8.Don’t Skip Breakfast!!

You DEFINITELY don’t want to skip breakfast! Because breakfast is fuel for you so have a nice & relaxed breakfast

9.Work on a desk

You don’t want to work on the couch, floor or bed because they are just telling you to sleep so if you work on a desk you will be more productive

10.Do something that makes you happy 🙂

If you do something that makes you happy you will feel relaxed, happy, and less stressed so I really recommend doing something that you love each day

Annika I love your blog! It inspires me to stay healthy, even on the days when I want to stress eat or skip my workout because of covid!
